The Brooks Dyad 5 is a moderate featured shoe designed for neutral or supinating runners. Not only is this shoe engineered for flat footers that do not pronate, but it also has a large interior volume to accommodate for orthotics. The Dyad 5 has a semi-straight shape.

Hydroflow ST is located in the heel and is cushioning device which consists of a chamber filled with viscous fluid. Hydroflow ST is designed to attenuate shock, dampen impact forces and provide added heel stability. Forefoot Hydroflow is located where the metatarsal head region of the foot rests in the shoe. Forefoot Hydroflow is designed to attenuate shock and dampen forces.

BioMoGo is Brook's premium midsole material. BioMoGo is designed to offer resilient cushioning and extends the full length of the midsole. BioMoGo is also environmentally friendly, as it will biodegrade 50 times faster in a landfill compared to traditional foam midsoles.
