Comments: As a competitive runner these shoes are excellent for distances no longer than an 8k, which may be a stretch. These shoes are very light, almost feeling like running barefoot, however there is no cushioning. My average racing pace is 6:15 for short distances and 6:45 for longer distances. I can only run in these shoes for up to 5 miles, which is pushing it as my feet/calves become sore thereafter. I've gotten my PR in a 5k and 8k in these.
