Customer Reviews

Comments: I've been wearing this shoe for a while, and I love it. It has really helped me get over some aches and pains I got when I stupidly switched to another brand for a while. These shoes fit me great. The toebox is wide, but the heel is narrow enough, and you just can't beat the support. The 1012 seems even more supportive than the 1011, but I have noticed that the sole of the 1012 is wearing faster after only three months. Still, I hope New Balance never stops making these, and thanks, Running Warehouse, for making them affordable.

Comments: I have been wearing new balance 1011 and have had no problems with my flat feet.  I wear inserts in my shoes and with the 1011 I can walk on concrete all day and walk in comfort. The 1012 was a totally different situation.  The first thru the third day that I tried these out, my feet hurt so bad. I didn't think I could make it for an 8 hour shift. I sent the shoes back.    I wouldn't recommend these shoes to no one.

Comments: I have plantar fasciitis in one foot and couldn't walk on the treadmill without pain until I found this shoe. I love it. It is actually comfortable and I can walk and not be in pain.
