Its midsole is light and flexible, but still offers ample padding and protection from the road. Comments: I love these shoes! Very lightweight and comfy. These are by far the most comfortable shoes I own. True to size. I am wearing them right now while writing this review. The only thing I don't like about these shoes would be small rocks can get stuck on the bottom of the shoe, easy to remove though. You can't go wrong with this pair!

Comments: I love the fit and flexibility of this shoe. I wear them for sprints or running distances up to 6 miles. Only drawback is that they aren't vented very well. They are hot and do cause blisters because of the heat inside the shoe. I will not use them running in the summer, they will have to be a gym shoe until the weather cools.
