INTRODUCTION

The XA Pro 3D GTX Ultra is a moderate feature, minimum support trail shoe designed for daily training and high mileage. It is built with a semi-cruved shape.

CUSHIONING

• 3D Comfort is located in the heel and is a composite foam designed to attenuate heel strike energy. 

MIDSOLE

• Energy Cell is a full length industry standard EVA midsole material.
• Pronation Control is located at the medial midfoot and is a higher density foam designed to reduce overpronation.
• 3D Stability is sandwiched between 3D Comfort and the Energy Cell midsole. It is a thermoplastic device engineered to aid in heel to toe transition while reducing lateral movement. 
• 3D Protection is located in the heel and is a thermoplastic unit designed for heel stability.

UPPER

• Gore-Tex Mesh is used throughout the upper and is designed to be water proof yet breathable.
• Asymmetrical Quicklace is engineered to provide a snug supportive fit. Quicklace is made from durable Kevlar fibers and is intended for easy shoe entry and exit.
• Sensifit is located on the medial and lateral sides and is designed to wrap the foot with a secure fit.
• Gusseted Tongue helps keep debris out of the shoe.
• OrthoLite Sockliner is composed of anti-bacterial material and is designed to reduce odor and moisture while adding cushion directly underfoot.
• Strobel Last is full length and is intended to give additional support.

OUTSOLE

• Contagrip is used throughout the outsole and is designed for increased traction over varying terrains.
