Comments: I train in the Ace for all my long runs...awesome shoe. Race in the Adios...another awesome shoe!  The Ace provides good support and feel. I have no complaints except for this ugly color.

Comments: This shoe is a great compromise between the adios and the Boston for daily training, IMO.  The Boston is too clunky for my liking and the adios wears out too quickly and doesn't have quite enough padding in the forefoot for slower recovery runs (~12 miles).  The Ace is a great all-around shoe that you can run slow or go fast in.  I've used this shoe for recovery days and tempo days.  The closest comparison shoe that I've tried is the Brooks Launch.  However, It's a completely different feel than the Launch but is close in terms of overall performance depending on if you like a firm (Ace) or softer (Launch) feel to your shoe.  I weigh between 165 and 170, am 5 ft 8 inches tall, and run between 70 and 80 miles/week.

Comments: I liked this shoe well enough to buy a second pair soon after buying the first. It has the combination and lightness and good shock absorption that I like but not always found in a lightweight shoe. The forefoot size and toe box height are both 'medium' compared to the 'narrow' and 'low' fit of most lightweight models. My middle toe is slightly longer than the others and my toenails are always black when putting in decent mileage. After a short time of wearing the Ace I've noticed that my toes aren't sore anymore and the blackness is starting to go away.
Aside from the longer middle toe I have a medium arch and I don't pronate. Average weekly mileage is in mid 50's. I use the Ace for training and longer races. Comment about Running Warehouse: I consider this to be THE best place to buy running shoes. The pricing is as competitive as you'll find, delivery is always prompt, selection is wide, including models not  found in brick and mortar outlets, and I really like the detailed descriptions of most models. It helped me find a shoe with right toe box dimensions for my situation and I always like to know the shoe weight.
