Comments:I just broke 3 hrs by 45 sec at the 2008 Boston Marathon. I believe these shoes gave me those extra seconds I needed after getting dead-legged by all the ups and downs. The Boston CC is over 2 oz. lighter than my normal training flats but still enough cushion for a 160 lb. marathoner. Adidas has done a great job with the last round of shoes. I really like the Supernova 7 as well.
