Comments: This is a great shoe for medium mileage, average sized runner. I have tried other shoes which caused knee or back pain, and switching to these clears it right up.

Comments: Recommended for my footstrike. Turned out to be one of the best shoes I have worn in 9yrs. of running. Extra forefoot cushioning is a misnomer. It has tons of forefoot cushion. My narrow heal does not slip. Wide forefoot fits. I am very pleased with this shoe. Thanks, Asics!
