Comments: I bought GTS 11 and intended it to be for daily wear -- I did not expect it to match ASIC Kayano which I use exclusively for running.  I took it on two test runs and I was satisfied with it.  Compared to  brand new ASIC GT 2160, it has similar cushy feeling in the heel, toe cushion feels lower and heel cup is weaker.  However, GT 2160 feels rigid -- almost like asking my feet to submit to its form while GTS 11 behaves the other way around and is more comfortable.

BTW, Kayano 17 is still the best among the three. I do have one gripe, though.  I observed the shoes from behind and can clearly see the left one's heel cup is tilted to the left while the right one is upright -- this "tilting" is one of the symptoms that indicates a shoe is worn out.   I think this is just a construction issue and it does not seem to affect my running.

Comments: I bought these as a low cost alternative to my worn out Nike Zoom Structure+13's.Coming off a knee injury I needed a pair of support shoes for my long runs and took a chance on these.Let me be blunt and to the point, they fit the bill! Good shoes at a great price. Me,I'm 61,5'10",150.They hold up nicely on my 10 mile runs.No aches,no pains, no errors. If your looking for a good everyday trainer, I would say take a chance with these. At clearance pricing you can't hardly go wrong.

Comments: It's a good, comfortable, light shoe that offers great support. I ran my first half marathon in them, but they were severely worn after 250 miles. I have the 12th edition, but liked the 11th edition better. The 12th edition feels heavier. The Ravenna 2 is nice as well, but does not offer as much support

Comments: I bought these in conjunction with Asics 2160 for comparison. The 2160 trumps this shoe in every way. The fit, the feel, and ironically the DNA effect (soft when slow, firm when fast). I'm having a hard time getting a good fit. If I cinch the laces as I normally would do, it feel tight and obtrusive, very annoying; but if I slacken the laces to a comfortable feel, my foot moves around in the shoe. Whereas with the 2160, I don't have to cinch the laces at all and they fit perfectly secure with no foot movement. The outsole has a firm feel, but the downside is that the inside of the shoe is not as soft as the Asics, so the comfort is less. It's strange that Brooks came up with this DNA technology only to have the Asics' gel system be better at it: it's hardly discernible in both the Glycerin and Adrenaline, but in both the Kayano and 2160 it's pronounce: the sole feel soft and squishy when walking, but firm and responsive when running.

On the positive, these shoes feel very light, lighter than their actual weight, so that you don't really feel the weight of the shoe. The uppers are also very flexible and the guidance system hardly noticed, so the entire effect is that you don't really feel the shoes when running--the Asics shoes make their presence known with every step (but it's in a pleasing way, a reassuring sense that the shoes are helping you stay in a good stride).

I consider myself a Brooks fan: I have many of their products, entire outfits, but when it comes to the shoes, no one beats Asics at their craft.

Comments: If you are looking for a great pair of shoes either as a runner or walker, check out the Adrenaline GTS11. I have the GTS8 and GTS9 also. I bought the GTS11 while in Orlando just before a week at the Disney Parks. Shoes were worn everyday while there anywhere  from 9 to 10 hours each day, my feet were comfortable and I experienced no problems with these shoes. Brooks are the best, try them you wont go wrong

Comments: Had a problem with over pronating w/ my right foot. Purchased this and it was a perfect fit, over pronation fixed and feet has no pain after 10+ mile runs. Will get another pair for Chi marathon.

Comments: "Interesting" is the best word that comes to mind. I pretty much ran my Adrenaline 9's into the ocean and they held up quite well. However, I have experianced pain running in these shoes. My left ankle kills after three miles. Probably due to the support that seems more firm than my previous pare. Good runs, but only at short distances.

Comments: I've ran over a 1000 miles in these shoes and they are hands down the best shoe I've ever worn. Great support all around.

Comments: Had my 2nd run in these today and although I only went 3 miles at a moderate pace, my feet and butt are sore. Ive had low arches with pronation for years but never had a shoe to deal with that. The adrenaline's are definitely forcing my feet and arches to run the right way. Looking foward to future runs in days to come.

Comments: This is my 5th shoe from the Adrenaline series and its probably my favorite so far. It has a really firm heel that lets you know there is something there and this shoes delivers while still giving a good amount of cushioning. One thing I've noticed though is this shoe appears to wear more than the previous versions, I've put maybe 200 miles on them and they are showing considerable wear.

Comments: Much improved cushion from the very firm prev models. VERY smooth ride. The support is certainly present but not "in your face" as some older models and a great fit.

Comments: Great shoe just got these have only ran seven miles in them and it felt great. I previously had the brooks tens theyre were also great but not too much room in the toe box area. The elevens have a bit more room in the toe box along with great support. Thanks for another great shoe. One thing I wish Brooks would come out with sum funky colors for there shoes.

Comments: The best shoe I have worn in 30 years! Heel to toe, this is an exceptional ride. Great support with sweet cushioning. You are going to love it!
From: Greg, Gainsville, FL, USA

Comments: The platform brooks used for this model is a bit different that the previous. It's softer and the arch mold isn't quite the same. While it has all kinds of technical fabrics and a real nice upper. But! for those of you who liked how the previous adrenaline was firm and fast. This felt more squishy and not quite as fast on the road.
