Brooks Glycerin 7 Men's Shoes Wh/Sl/Ink/Cr Customer feedback
|
Comments: I am a 190 pound mid-foot striker with a high arch and a slight pronation issue with my left foot only, which is controlled with a mild orthotic correction. I only have 15 miles on them, so this is primarily a first impression. First, the pluses... Excellent cushioning properties... softer than the Mizuno Creation, comparable to the Triumph and not a soft as the Vomero... For me. Just the right feel... a Cadillac. The Glycerin 7 might feel a little heavy for somebody under 175 pounds. The responsiveness is above average, I think. My only suggestion to Brooks for improvement would be a slightly higher arch profile in the mid-foot, but all in all, you will get your money's worth with this shoe. My minimal orthotic its fine but it might not work for some. Overall, I recommend this shoe. From: Derry, Potsdam, NY
