Comments: Bought these to use in place of/addition to Vibram Komodo Sports because of cold weather and I'm in the Army, and the Army has said no VFF's in uniform. These are very light weight, comfortable to run in. I have wide feet (2-4E depending on shoe) and these fit well-better than Merrell or New Balance minimalist offerings. Initially, they almost felt like they had a negative drop to me, though I think that was psychological on my part. I agree, they are a bit scratchy on the inside (mesh) so I wouldn't be to nuts about trying these sockless. Though I wore fairly light sock and didn't have any issues. For an inaugural run I tried them on my long run day. 13 miles and no blisters or other issues. Very happy with them and with the prompt service.

Comments: I agree..seems to fit long so order half size down. Also is very wide. I am on the narrow side.. a B to C width but still this shoe is wide..the eyelets are up next to each other. So if you have narrow feet you might at least consider a women's version. Seems well made shoe otherwise. Also..note.. kind of scratchy on the inside for those of you like me who go sockless.

Comments: The shoe seems to fit larger than stated (editor's comment: shoe description now recommends going down a half size). If you like snugger fits, order half size smaller. Very comfortable and great range of motion. Perfect for CrosFit.
