Comments: Did a few runs in this shoe already. As an Asics guy its a good runner. Great heel cushioning
and does not feel as heavy as some may think. Kick-off is good but not as good as the Nimbus. This is a
great running shoe. An as stated its great for heavier/taller runners such as myself at 200lbs and 6ft. This
shoe has been added to one of my favourite runners

Comments: Just did my first miles in these and if you didn't like the Creation 9 because of the hard heel landing you will like these..they are much softer but not mushy. I am a midfoot striker and these seem to be fine. As with most Mizuno shoes, the heel to toe is above average. There is a bit of clunkiness because of the wave plate, though. I have run in every version of this shoe and have to say it is the better than the 8 or 9 for both fit and performance.

Comments: I have a pair of Wave Creation 9. They are very comfortable and provide support for my high-arched feet. After wearing these, the Brooks Glycerin almost feel flat inside. The heel cushioning on the Wave Creation 10's are probably the best feature. However, if you don't land heavily on your heels, you will flatten out the mid and front soles pretty fast, which is what happened with my pair. After about 240 mile, I had to retire my pair even though the heels felt like brand new. These shoes are also one of the heaviest pairs of running shoes I've owned, although you don't notice it much when training with them. The extra weight is the penalty for the superb heel cushioning. FYI, I'm 5'6" 135 lbs and wear size 8.5. Hope you guys find this review to be helpful.
