Comments: I used to run in Wave Nirvana shoes, but found the lateral edge of my forefoot hurting after long runs (5+ miles). I switched to
the Enigma, and so far so good. The heel cup fits great, the cushioning is good, and no pain in the forefoot. They do fit tight, so I had to go
a half size up.

Comments: I like Mizuno but this shoe needs some updating. It felt great when I first put it on, then I went for a six mile run. I had never had any patella tendon issues but the day after I ran in them I was having some sharp pains in the patella tendon. It feels too clunky to me. It is not near as smooth of a ride as some of the other shoes in mizuno's line. They are now work shoe instead of a running shoe.

Comments: This is the shoe I have been looking for from Mizuno. It is like the early Creations up through the 7 before they went with the funky rear foot wave plate which I find somewhat uncomfortable. I am a 190 pound midfoot striker with 31 years of running experience and wear an orthotic in my left shoe only. I wore a size 9 in Rider 13 but wear a 9.5 in the Rider 14 and Enigma. The upper is super soft and flexible with no pressure points and very breathable. Cushioning is softer than either the Creation or Rider. The arch support is a little less than the Rider or at least seems it to me. Only have a couple of runs on them but seem like they should be good for the long haul both in terms of mileage and distance runs. Transition is excellent which you would expect from a neutral Mizuno trainer. I think it is an excellent addition to their line and I for one hope they dont mess with it....
