Comments: I bought these shoes to try when Asics changed from the 2170 to the 2000. These shoes are so light weight and comfortable I will likely never go back to Asics which feel like blocks when I put them on now. I used to add additional arch supports to my Asics but I haven't needed anything in the Mizunos. I have a normal arch but a very flexible foot so I tend to get medial shin splints. With the Mizuno Wave Inspire 9 my feet and ankles are comfortable from the start of my run to the end. I was a little concerned about the amount of mesh and how wet I'd get on a rainy day - I tested them out today in the rain and by the end of my 6 mile run my socks were only a little damp. The good part about the mesh is these will probably dry really fast! I love my Mizunos! I got both the blue and the silver/blue. They run small so I had to order a half size larger.

Comments: I just received my first pair of mizunos. I've always worn brooks adrenaline. I usually wear a 10 wide but only 10.5 wide was available and they fit just right since I also have arch support insoles. These have great support and are tighter around the heel so my heel doesn't slip like in my brooks. I'm a mid foot striker and it seems the brooks ravena I tried had more cushion but was so heavy compared to this shoe. If I was a full time runner I'd get the brooks ravena but I use these shoes for 40 min of walk jog-3 to 4 times a week and Zumba classes so the light weight of this shoe is perfect for me. The width runs a little narrow since my brooks were a 10 med width but these I had to have a 10.5 wide. The price was $20 less than my local running store which had hardly anything in stock. Thanks running warehouse! I'll be getting all my shoes here from now on.

Comments: This shoe is very lightweight and seems to have plenty of support for my high arch/overpronating foot; however, I was hoping for a more comfortable shoe. I have never run in anything but Brooks, and was looking forward to trying Mizunos, which I have heard good things about. Compared to Brooks, the shoe felt very hard and was uncomfortable. After the first run, my feet felt so tired and sore! I will be returning these blue beauties!
