Comments: This review is simply based on a short trial period - I returned them in favor of the Saucony Fastwitch. Fit seemed good, but I didn't like the sole feel. Due to the thin forefoot sole, I would feel where the waveplate ended, which was just behind the ball of my foot. There is a definite change in the support of the shoe where the wave plate ends, which was too noticeable for me. I felt that if it was annoying after trying them on and wearing them for 10 minutes, it would be unbearable after mile 20 of a marathon.

Comments: I'm 16, I run about 50 miles a week, and my 5k pr is 1755. I'm 135 lbs. I've put 900 miles on my 4's. they are by far my favorite trainer yet. Besides two holes on each shoe where my pinky toes rub the shoes are in great condition. I midfoot strike so there is a groove worn into the forefoot but they are just more flexible now. Favorite shoe and would def recommend.

Comments: I've ran 19 marathons with the fastest being 2:36. My weekly mileage now is 60 and I have a normal arch. This is the first time I've tried any model of the Mizuno Musha. The 4's I liked so far. I did a 11 mile run this morning to break them in and they have great toe box room and true to size. I like the light feel and yet you could feel the structured support under your foot. They seem to help not to heel strike which I'm a major heel striker so this was a benefit. I liked the tight rebound off the ground and not a spongy bounce giving you more of a faster stride rate. I would definitely try these out on a 20 miler. I believe these could be a definite marathon shoe with the stability that I felt.
