Comments: I've been doing track workouts in these and liked them so much I decided to use them for races rather than spikes. These shoes are unbelievable. They are the world's lightest racing flats, something like 3.5 ounces each. Putting them on they felt like slippers, it was like I was barefoot... but more comfortable. Nothing I've ever run in even comes close to these babies.

Comments: Fantastic shoe! I bought these as a racing replacement for my Puma H Streets and dropped my PB first time out. If you're converting from Pumas, fit-wise you can order the same size. The Mizunos feel slightly wider and have tons of room in the toe box. Mine are also 100 grams lighter than the Pumas!

Comments: I would recommend these to any runner who wants to go fast. My PR in the 5k was a 16:10 and by the first race I ran in these, I dropped my time by 27 seconds... I ran a 15:43. They are great! Buy them!!!!
