Comments: I love running in this shoe. The fit is great with a snug heel and midfoot and a wide forefoot. It's a very slipper-like shoe that is very comfortable to run sockless. They are the type of shoe that disappears on your feet. I've done about everything in this shoe from 15 mile long runs to a road 5k. I have about 300 miles on them so far on a mix of roads and trails. They are holding up well with relatively minimal outsole wear and the insole is in good condition. The lugs are not deep, so I don't recommend for wet/muddy trails. They also aren't going to provide much protection on a rocky, technical trail. Overall, these are my favorite running shoe right now and I plan on buying another pair soon.

Comments: Minimal running shoes are good for nonrunners, or tartan, and excellent at breaking toes.

Comments: MT10 is probably the best running shoes I have ever used. But not for all round trail running as it was meant to at the first point. Conclusion: It‚s a light and really good natural running shoe, for use primarily on road or a dry gravel trail, without a doubt my favorite running shoe. Trail use: I have used the shoe in Denmark, soft beech and pine forest ground. The earth is wet and covered with leafs most of the year. Here is the grip on the shoe just not good enough. Neither in Greenland where the ground is primarily wet leaves, grass, rocks and snow. This is not the best combination for the soles either, here I would recommend Salomon Speedcross 3 I know this isn‚t a natural running shoe but it got the grip! The problem with MT10 on a wet ground is that you get wet feed quite fast due to the low sole before the mesh starts. I have used the MT10 shoe on a gravel road in southern France and I will say here the grip was acceptable. Road use: For use on road the grip is good when you use it on dry road. It becomes a bit slippery, but within a acceptable level. Not as slippery as the MR10 which is terrible.
