Comments: Had my first run in them this morning, size 8.5 2E. I'm normally a 9.5 2E or a 10, and had to return the 9.5 2E and 9 2E to end up with this pair. I feel sorry for Running Warehouse having to bear the brunt of New Balance's odd sizing. They run really long! As for the shoe itself, this is definitely the right size. I have a wide foot, and I didn't have any hotspots or rubbing. The shoe itself is loud and slappy, no matter what adjustments I make. It feels less than 6mm drop for sure. In fact, the drop feels the same or lower than my Nike Free 3.0 v5, which has a 4mm drop. I'm going to keep running in them, because they accommodate my forefoot better than the Nike's, and I'm purposely trying to heel strike as I recover from peroneal tendinitis, so I need the drop. Once I'm feeling 100% and back up to 30-40 miles a week, I'll transition back into my beloved Altras.

Comments: At first I loved this shoe, it was very light, felt like I was running/walking barefoot but after about a month of wearing them, the grey material of the shoe began to rip and the bottom grips began to fall apart. Right now, I have a countless number of rips in my shoes and soon I will have to buy a new pair because they are becoming unwearable.
