Comments: I'm a heel striker with a nagging hamstring problem. I decided to scale down a bit and so far I
am LOVING this shoe. I put 11 miles on them today and my hamstring isn't bothering me...infact, I feel great. I'm actually overjoyed. I think this shoe has a good medium arch support, and is super light weight.
