Comments: I love these shoes, they have completely changed the way that I run. Trying to land on your midfoot (with your ankle neutral) in a traditional shoe is impossible since the heel is twice as thick as the forefoot. So after years of trying to improve my gate I was still a mild heel striker. These shoes have finally allowed me to have a natural gate. I run so much more efficiently now. My calves are getting a lot more of a workout, but the rest of my body is barely tired after very long training runs. I can't picture myself ever running in a shoe with a raised heel again.

Comments: The Newton shoe compared to others like Asics who have far better quality control is remarkable. I bought the Newton's on a whim and because the were paying professional triathletes to wear them. Big mistake. I'll try to recoup my money by usingthe Newtons for yard work.

Comments: Great shoe! takes a little time to get used to, but when you do get used to it, the best shoe right now, very nice and compy, will make you run faster than ever. The only problem (not runningwarehouse fault), that the price of Newton shoes are way over most guys limit, to pitty some can't afford it, and even when you do, still the price is to high for my liking.

Comments: The Newton Distance is one size too small, so order up one full size. The actual wear and benefits verses the cost are way out of line. I plan on returning to my Asics Speedstars ASAP.

Comments: I began racing in Newton Distance Racers after having trained in the Sir Issac guidance trainer then the Gravity trainer. The Distance racer is a light weight yet well built shoe. The actuator lugs on the racer seem to be softer material than the other two mentioned models, therefore wearing more rapidly. Since racing in the Distance Racer, I have PR'd at every distance event (5K, 10K, half and full marathon distance). Great shoe.
