Comments: This shoe has good cushioning and motion control; however there are some drawbacks. While the weight isn't terribly heavy, because of the cusioning used in this product the energy return is really bad. In fact, the worst return I have had in a shoe in years. They feel a lot heavier than they are and this makes running very difficult, especially if you are moving faster than 8min/mile. Another issue is that they are quite wide and the toe box has a lot of unnecessary volume. You really have to tighten the laces all the way down the shoe to fix this issue. In short, they are good for cushioning and motion control, but if you are a relatively fast runner or have a slightly narrow foot you will be sorely disappointed with the very poor energy return and roomy inside.

Comments: Nice shoe with soft feel and good support. Not as supportive as the Kayano16, but much more stable than any other Lunar model. Also plushest feel of any motion-control or support shoe I've tried. These shoes work for me without any pain or ache in the inner shin area, where I usually get soreness from insufficient support or overpronation. For reference: I'm 6'1", 177, flat feet but not overly-mobile arches, and migrating from motion-control to stability shoes.
