Comments: All of the positive reviews have summed it up nicely, this shoe is simply a pleasure to run in. I look forward to every opportunity I get to lace them up.

Comments: This is a tremendous shoe, the upper is off the charts comfortable, and the cushioning is spot-on perfect. To me they feel like a supremely cushioned Free Run, can't imagine how Nike will improve on the 29, but knowing them, they will!

Comments: I really enjoy them so far. I've had them about 6 days. I bought them for retail work (8+ hours a day walking or standing the entire time.) I was having major issues with sore/bruised/aching feet. After trying out numerous shoe types, insoles, and even $130 New Balances (MW927), I decided to try these because I really prefer the feel and flexibility of a running/athletic shoe (the NB walkers are crazy bulky). After a bit of research into my issues, I discovered that I was an under-pronator. After reading other's reviews, I decided the cushy-ness of this shoe might help to alleviate my issues. So far, they have helped greatly and I think I might be ordering some more in the near future. They can be loud on some surfaces but not too bad. I have gotten multiple compliments in the short time I've had them (red). Shipping was fast and they fit great.

Comments: I've had 2 Pegasus 29's. This shoe is killer. I have put 700 miles or so (I think) on one pair (mostly trails but they are totally done). I am a forefoot striker who over pronates, so typically would be fit for a stability shoe, but I find the Pegasus amazing. I have tried the Structure 16 and Lunarglide 4, and neither compare. Will keep running in these until they screw up an update.

Comments: I have 4 pair of the Peg 29, Nike absolutely knocked this one out of the park and into the parking lot. Incredible shoe, works for me on every level. Best Peg yet...

Comments: I absolutely love the Peg 29, I started with the Shield version, then subsequently bought 2 more pair to rotate. The heck with all the minimalism nonsense, give me the Cadillac.

Comments: I'm slightly in the minority, as I don't feel these are THAT extremely cushy. They are certainly a cushioned trainer, but compared to, say, my old Vomero 4s, these are both more narrow and less cushioned and slightly less stable. The fit is interesting.. while having decent room in toe box, they are pretty narrow mid foot, and heel has plenty of room. I supinate, high arches, and need neutral shoes, but I sort of wobble about in these so far. I haven't tried the newest Vomeros, but if folk are saying the Peg 29 is cushier and better fitting, then the Vomero line has truly changed. My Vomero 4s have more room in the toe box, better fit in the heel, and the midfoot wrap is about perfect. I can't throw them away even after many years of abuse because they are still the most cushioned shoe I've ever had.. arguably too cushy for running, depending on your preference, but ridiculously cushy! The Peg 29 is a good shoe and I'll run it until this pair is done, but I don't know that I'd buy it again..it's not the cushion, which is plenty, it just is sort of a 'blah' shoe in both fit and materials and ride; I'm glad i got it on sale. Honestly the Vomeros I had both fit and felt like a more expensive shoe (which it is).. that bites if they've ruined that line. Another thing of note, on my first couple runs in the Peg, the heel is really noticeable..don't know how else to explain it. Rear cushion is certainly there and ample, the most cushioned part of the ride for sure, but it's almost as if it forces your foot to use it. I've been running in Launches and Miz Enigmas, and I feel the heel in these Peg 29s the most of any shoe I've had in recent memory. Don't know if it's an effect of their flat sole design maybe? Could be I just need more miles in 'em. Right now I can classify them as passable on my first few runs, but they haven't blown me away.

Comments: Also got these at the track Olympic trials, Didn't like the 28's as much, but as soon I put these on I knew they were the shoe for me. got about 700 miles in them now and there still going strong. highly recommend

Comments: The Peg 29 is the new Vomero. For some reason, it's the softer, more cush of the two this year. High-mileage rockstar. Removing the crash pad from the back makes it a smoother ride from previous versions. Joe mentioned the fit - I had to go up 1/2 size. It's kind of narrow towards the heel but that also does a great job locking you in.
Comments: Great shoe lots of cushioning, I don't beat my knees to death wearing either the 28s or 29;s.

Comments: Time to stock up on the 28's while I can still find them. Because these 29's simply do not fit my foot. My history with Air Pegasus began with the 26's which I really liked. Then along came the 27's which did not work for me at all. When the +28 version came out I was thoroughly impressed. The fit was absolutely perfect for me - felt very similar to the +26 but with improved cushioning & less weight. The +28 has become my all time favorite running shoe. I'm sad to see them go away. Because their replacement, the new +29 does not work for me. The 29's are lighter, softer, spongier, more breathable with a lot less room in the toe-box. My toes feel so cramped inside these shoes that I can't even take them out on a trial run. Year after year the Pegasus keeps coming with up new "improvements". However the versions are so vastly different you cannot count on them. I'll keep my fingers crossed for the 30's next year!

Comments: If you want plush cushioning, this is the shoe for you. This is the softest shoe I have ever run in. I am a natural forefoot striker and the forefoot cushioning is immense. I do like walking in them, but for running, I prefer a bit more responsiveness and ground feel in a trainer. They are a keeper for me, though, because I enjoy walking on clouds. :D

Comments: I got these during the track Olympic Trials in Eugene. Love them! They are lighter and more comfortable than the 27s that I had. The updated heel feels just as great and cushioning in the forefoot is the right blend of squish and repulsion. There are no distractions in this shoe for me.
