Comments: Just bought these shoes. I have about 15 miles on em'. Awesome cushion, great arch support, and most importantly light weight. I've ran mizuno for years and made the change to nike and don't regret it. The only complaint about these shoes is the top of the heal is tall so wear socks taller than anklets to cover your achilles tendon, there might be some rubbing and a potential blister. They feel like they will hold up on long runs too.

Comments: These shoes are really good, except for one key facet. The positives- these are light, low profile, and responsive. Unlike some shoes on the market, they don't try to muscle your stride into something its not. Its a very no nonsense shoe that isn't geared to a beginning runner (though I wouldn't recommend such a neutral shoe to a beginning runner anyway). I'm not saying my stride is the picture of efficiency, but if your stride isn't at least a little bit together then you will have trouble in these shoes. The width is just about as wide as you'd expect from typical running shoes and I think it might be wider than your typical Nike running shoes. My problem is that be toebox is exceptionally low. I usually run sockless which turns out it's a very bad choice in these shoes. The toebox coupled with an upper construction filled with seams really irritates my forefoot to the point where I can only wear these shoes once every couple of days. The days when I do wear them, I usua lly come back with a forefoot area soaked in blood. If I remove the insole that lessens the problem somewhat, but I don't know if that would be an option for someone who needs the cushioning provided by the insoles. Also on the positive side, the shoes don't suffer from the ridiculously sized heel that most Nike running shoes have these days (see the lunaracer 3.) Still though, it mystifies me how Nike seems to make such perfect shoes but seems to screw one part of them so bad.

Comments: I supinate or under-pronate and was recommended this shoe. "Air" unit in forefoot feels bouncy at first, after 100 miles I no longer notice it. This shoe kinda disappears into the background at all paces. Feels good to run fast in this shoe. Fit is true to size- I have a wider foot. 70 miles per week at 7:30 pace.

Comments: I wore a few shoes from Saucony and New Balance, with the Pegasus +29's as my go-to shoe for a year and a half. I used them for anything from a 10 mile run to a 200m repeat workout. But, a few months ago I decided to buy a lighter shoe than the not-so-light Pegasus. I went to the Zoom Elite +6's. I found these shoes to be my perfect shoes. At an ounce lighter than the Pegasus and a better fitting upper, the Zoom Elites have a noticeably nicer feel all around than the Pegasus. I recommend these shoes to anyone, but more specifically to people who haven't tried a trainer under 10 ounces, they make you feel fast and make your stride more efficient, and, even on your not-so-good feeling days, these shoes will give you a boost of energy.

Comments: This was a great update to the 5. The same great cushioned, yet responsive ride, but improvements were made to the upper. I couldn't get a perfect fit across the top of my foot in the 5's. When the laces were tightened enough to lock my foot in, the lace loops tended to dig into my foot. Not so with the 6. The conversion to the dynamic flywire system has improved the fit so much.

Comments: Had my first 3.5 mile run in these today at a quicker than normal pace for me. My current shoe of choice is the Nike LunarGlide+ 4. These definitely have extra cushion in the forefoot from the Zoom Air and I much prefer that. I tend to be a mid-foot striker at slower paces and move towards the forefoot at faster paces. These provided plenty of cushioning where I needed it most. The foot bed does seem to have some good improvements and the toe box is not as tight as the same size in the Elite 5 (but I never ran in those, just tried them on). Caution: Wear socks with the tabs in the back to prevent the dreaded blister on the Achilles! I hope to put many more miles on my new shoes!
