Comments: Really like these shoes. I hesitated at first because of the unusual design, but I am glad that I finally decided to get them. They have a resilient cushion that is not cushy or too soft and neither is it too hard (like when running slow). They are really great for running on the roads. I have used them 5 or 6 times for runs of 5 to 6 miles.
My fit was between 10.5 and 11. I went with 10.5 and this was a good choice. I did have a problem with the transverse arch feature -- this is an elliptical area (raised 1 or 2 mm) on the insole. On my right foot only, this caused a pressure area on the second metatarsal (2nd toe ball of foot). I replaced the insole with a pair from some Asics, and no problems (also Saucony or Nike insoles fit fine).
I am 160 pounds, 5'11", mid-foot striker running 45ish miles per week at 7:30 to 8 minute paces. I use 3 different pairs of running shoes. So far, I have not used these for any faster runs (thresholds or faster).

Comments: I run an average 7:30/mile. I use trail shoes but needed a shoe to use for street running. Got these to help take the impact away from my knees and "unleash my speed". First use out of the box i ran 6:50 and 7:02 miles with no harsh impact on my knees.
The negative of the shoes are the narrow toes. As i progressed in my first 10K with the shoes, i had to stop to loosen the shoe strings cause my foot was going numb from the restriction. I anticipate this problem going away with higher mileage.
One concern i had about buying these without trying was the nods support. My concern was that the nods fully compressed with me just standing. I weigh 155lbs and the heels dont fully supress. The toes do, but there is a secondary cushion to the shoes so the spring effect is still there. Highly recommend these shoes

Comments: I have over 250 miles on mine with no issues with the pods. Wear on them appears normal (I am a midfoot striker) Like the cushion and energy return on the shoe. The well in the shoe is deep enough for my orthodics. Toe box could be a bit wider as the On racer appears to be. I also fell between a 11 and 11.5. Most shoes I wear 11.5 these appear to run a bit on the large size but not by much. My wife likes her On shoes as well and it has helped her knee problem like it has helped mine.

Comments: Although the shoes felt great at first especially on uphills, the rubber pods in the heels tore before I had 100 miles on the pair...Do not get unless you are a true midfoot striker
