Comments: The 15 is a major improvement over the 14 as it addresses the 14's major flaws with a wider toebox and better cushioning. If you liked the 13's you'll like these. Overlays are kept to a minimum giving the shoe a light feel. Great heel-toe transition, but the 15's do offer a bit of support which I prefer as these are not minimal design shoes.

Comments: I had run in the cumulus in the past when they were running shoes and then they became clunkers, which led me to run in the Nimbus. But the nimbus 15 in my opinion is a totally different shoe than its predecessor the 14, and one that is ill fitting and not responsive, as I just found out (returned immediately) and exchanged for the Cumulus 15. The best decision I have made in a while, the 15`s are great, good fit (buy 1/2 size bigger), well-cushioned and responsive. More importantly, they feel like running shoes made for runners, snug and despite their weight they feel much lighter. If you are looking for a basic trainer this is the best. Hope that asics never changes them.

Comments: The Cucumlus 15 is a terrific update to the prior version for 1 main reason - cushioning! Particularly in the forefoot. There is now a substantial gel unit directly underneath the landing area for those forefoot strikers out there (like me). The overall feel of the shoe is a little softer, it is not as stiff as the 14, toe-off strangely seems easier, and the hard-rubber impact areas on the outsole should guarantee excellent wear. Overall, I like everything about this shoe, and would highly recommend the 15 not only to wearers of the 14 (BTW, sizing is the same), but would suggest that those who wore earlier versions and disliked the 14 should maybe give these a look. The Cucumlus 15 will definetely be my road shoe for the next year. P.S. - The green model is darker than the horrific day-glo pictured.
