Comments: I bought this water belt for my long runs for a fall marathon training program. It seemed much simpler
than the belts with multiple bottles and I liked the 40oz capacity. However, I wore it once on a 10 mile run to try it out and I did not
like it at all. The weight on my lower back was very uncomfortable (I'm 5'3"). Plus the belt was so heavy against my stomach that it
gave me cramps. The liquid sloshed a lot too. I replaced it with the Amphipod 4 bottle belt which is fantastic! Very comfortable
and quiet.
