Comments: I have found this shoe to be an excellent, light-weight daily trainer with good potential for racing. Nothing about the shoe feels cumbersome, but it offers good support and feels forgiving if you are logging many of your miles on roads. The stack height is substantial enough to protect your feet but low enough to encourage a midfoot or forefoot strike. I like the fact that it has a 7-8 mm heel-toe drop as well; my calves are on the tight side so this shoe is a perfect compromise because it is still fairly low-profile but safer for my tight-ish calves and achilles than some of the 4 mm drop shoes being made by other companies.
