Customer feedback

Comments: This is an OK shoe. Nothing spectacular and definitely not like the previous versions of the Noosa tri, but its serviceable. when I first got them I remember they were very stiff, but about a hundred miles and they got a little softer so I wouldn't recommend running any races right out of the box- not that you should do that with any shoe. I didn't find them very narrow, the only gripe I have with them is that the tongue is sewed in to one side of the shoe which is really annoying, more so because I have very very high arches. I'm not that impressed with asics on the whole lately. they arent all that cushioned either but I'm a hundred twenty pounds so I can run on pretty stiff shoes.

Comments: I recently got a pair of these shoes directly from asics and I'm very happy with them. I'm overpronating and have some issues with my right knee, due to recent injury. The most comfortable shoe I have is the GT2000, but I also use minimalist (vivobarefoot) and Salomon Speedcross for trail runs. I needed something light and breezy for the track, with decent amount of support and lower heel-to-toe drop.

Sizing: I did go a size up as they are a bit narrow.

Comfort: They are not as cushioned as the Gt2000, but they are light and have a nice amount of stability. No removable insole, which is not an issue, as I'm able to fit orthotics inside, but there's no need for them anyways. Very nice interior and perfectly usable with bare feet. I have noticed a few small hot spots, but nothing serious, so don't worry.

Usage: I use them mainly for speedwork and as casual shoes, as they look very nice. Excellent for sprinting and short runs, but could probably work for longer runs (they are made for triathlon races). I'm very picky and have returned 5-6 pairs of shoes for the last few months, but these have found a place in my shoe rotation.

Design : Level of prettyness 1000000, and they glow in the dark. The bunjee laces are very comnfortable, but not as pretty.

Comments: Quite a comfy shoe with a smoother interior than it's less flashy cousin the ds trainer. A quick light ride with just a bit of stability. Good for long and fast stuff as it was nice for strides and a 15 mile run. As described a party on the feet.
