Comments: I agree with David's review. The 2 has a much more superior upper and that was my problem with the 1's was the nav-band being intrusive on my high instep. The fit is the "like a glove" fit but not overly tight on the foot. Of course the shoe is lightweight, super cushy and can be used for any form of slow/med/fast training. Personally i really like the arch bump, feels great on longer runs. Overall..highly recommend it and running warehouse.

Comments: I admittedly ran in the Pureconnect 1 since the day it came out in my local running shop. The 2 has a superior upper with better breathability and I like the burrito tongue; in fact it makes the nav-band feel less intrusive to me. A lot of people complain with the fit, it's a narrow shoe with a pronounced arch. It just happens to fit my foot perfectly. I use it for all my long runs and marathons, its pretty much become my everyday trainer, and it's versatile enough for speedwork too.
