Comments: I use this after a long bike ride or a day of block training (swim, bike, and/or run). I have also used it
following a 100-mile bike ride, a half-marathon, and following sprint distance triathlons. It has had mixed results, but overall I like
it and will continue to use it. After my century ride it seemed to work wonders. I had never ridden more than 50 miles before this,
and it had several large hills. I fully expected to be down for at least a couple of days, and not training again for 4-5 days. In
addition to using the R4, I kept ahead on hydration and carbs during and after the ride. I was out running again the second
morning after the ride, and hade almost no soreness any time. Other times I have had soreness and fatigue following races or
workouts even when using R4. Overall, I feel this prodct works well and will get you back up and training quickly. It doesn't keep
you from ever being sore or tired, but how would you know you are training hard if it did?
