Comments: This was my first pair of Hokas after hearing the usual from friends, "why don't you try Hokas?' Yes, they look heavy but they don't feel heavy. After having knee pain, I managed to run a 20k and 80k with no pain. I had great shoe control on the trail and on the road. I have flat feet and I pronate that's one of the reasons I delayed getting a pair for a long while. However, I insert my insoles and I don't have any trouble. The shoes have about 100 miles on them now and I can't speak for durability but they look like they are going to last for at least another 500 miles or 2 months. Everyone that seems my shoes say they look like from the future, they do look different than my average ASICS GT2000.

Comments: After using a pair of Mafate 3's, these are a big improvement. There are a bit narrower and that concerned me but they are working much better, no hot spots nor blisters. The only thing I miss a is some more support. The turnover is faster that one would assume. I am plannning on using them for my next 100miler.
