Comments: Used to use them from April 1, 2012 till December 9, 2012. Finished 932 kilometers (580 miles), did not use them in any competition, just trainings. So they are very good shoes. Will order new pair soon as the first one is already broken. One training is about 5 kilometers (3.13 miles) till 13 kilometers (8.13 miles).

Comments: I am supremely disappointed with this shoe. I usually run in wave inspires, fell in love with the 8's and wanted to see if this could possibly be worth $40 more (retail). I couldn't be more wrong. Shin pains, heel pains, arch pains; this shoe should NOT be in the supportive category. I use the wave inspire 8's because i need some pronation control, and i thought these would be on par with Adidas Adistar Salvations or something, but no. These run just like a neutral shoe. If you have pronation problems and need support, look elsewhere.

Comments: Wow, what a brilliant shoe! Good levels of firm but protective cushioning in both heel and forefoot. Really nice forefoot flexibility and toe spring gives an impressively fast transition. The new upper is way nicer than Nirvana 7's. Nirvana 8 now feels really sleek on the foot and runs so much more lively than its 12 ounce weight suggests. IMO a big improvement on Nirvanas 6 & 7.
