Comments: Really nice shoe, I've put about 300 miles into them and I love them. The dynamic support is extremely comfortable and offers quite a stable ride. I love the shoe for doing long and slow runs, or doing short fartlek runs. RW says it could be used for tempo runs, but it was a bit heavy for me. If you're used to flats or true neutral shoes, you probably won't be wanting to go with these for tempo. If you're used to supportive shoes or bulky shoes, this would be a nice transitional shoe for you. Overall A-.
