Comments: Wonderfully AWESOME running shoe! Ran 13.75 miles in them right out of the box and ABSOLUTELY NO calf pain, shin splints, or any soreness whatsoever from them! I had the BEST training run ever. I am so glad I went with the review from Runner's World Editor Choice for Fall 2014 and one of the 4 best running shoes in the world review. They definitely weren't wrong about this top choice for a neutral shoe.

Comments: I currently wear the Saucony Virrata 2 and love them for racing and training, long or short distances. I purchased the Kinvara because I like to train in shoes that range in heel to toe drop and levels of cushioning, and needed something to replace my Asics Gel Lytes 33-2s. I've also owned Saucony Ride 5s in the past, and loved them. With a positive history wearing Saucony shoes, and high ratings for the Kinvara, I thought I would love the them. BUT, so far, I have run ~20 miles in them and have had calf and arch soreness after every run. They feel rigid and almost like a stability shoe? I'm kind of bummed, and will probably replace them wiith Asics.
