1. How do I place a team order?
We make it easy to purchase running uniforms and apparel for your team or club. Visit our website to enter your order online, or call our toll-free number (1-800-798-3267) from 7:00am to 6:00pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday to speak with a team representative who will be able to assist you with any questions you may have.
2. What methods of payments can I use?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept purchase orders (from schools, colleges, and government agencies) and payments made through PayPal. At this time, we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a method of payment for team orders.
3. How do I pay with a purchase order?
Net 30 payment terms may be extended to schools, colleges, and government agencies. Before we are able to process your order we must receive a purchase order, on official letterhead, that includes the PO number, an authorized signature, billing and shipping addresses, and the approved dollar amount. 4. What discounts are available?
A 15% quantity discount is offered when you purchase 7 or more team items. The quantity discount applies to shoes, apparel, bags and select accessories.
Teams and clubs may be eligible for an online team discount. Online team discounts are available to US-based running, track and field, cross country or triathlon clubs and teams. Have your head coach or club president contact us for more details at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Discounts are not available for screen printing or embroidery services.
5. What is a "special order" item?
A special order item is a product available for purchase that is not currently stocked in our warehouse and cannot be ordered online. A minimum quantity of 6 units is required to order special order items. 6. How long does it take to get "special order" items?
Delivery time of special order items is determined by the availability of the product and whether or not you request screen printing or embroidery services for those products. 7. What are your shipping charges?
We offer FREE 2-Day shipping to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. Offer is not valid for delivery to a PO Box. Overnight shipping, shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, and International shipping is available. Prices vary depending on delivery location, number of units ordered, shipping method and carrier. To quickly view shipping rates, place items in the shopping cart and go to Calculate Shipping. Enter a US zip code or select a country from the drop-down box and click to view shipping rates.
8. Do you carry cross country team singlets and uniforms?
Yes, we offer a full range of cross country running uniforms from Asics, Nike, Brooks and other popular brands. Selection will vary by season. If you need help selecting the right products for your team, feel free to contact us at email@example.com or call 1-800-798-3267.
9. Do you carry track and field team uniforms?
Yes. Track and field shorts, tops, speedsuits, track pants and many other apparel and accessories items are available on the Team section of our website. 10. Can Running Warehouse apply a team name or logo to my gear?
We have the ability to create customized running team shirts, singlets, jackets, bags and other team gear. We offer screen-printed or embroidered lettering and logos. Please see our screen printing or embroidery page for more information about order minimums, pricing, and limitations.
11. What is the cost to screen print or embroider team uniforms?
Prices for custom running apparel screen-printing and embroidery services can vary due to several factors. Please see our screen printing or embroidery pages for more information or contact our team department at email@example.com or call 1-800-798-3267.
12. How long will it take to decorate my uniforms?
If your uniforms are in stock and your artwork has been approved, your order will go to screen-printing or embroidery immediately. Please allow 3-5 business days for screen-printing or embroidery to be completed.
13. If I place a repeat order for screen printed garments will I get charged for screen setup again?
No, not if your design remains the same. Once we have your artwork on file we will not charge you for setup again. However, printing charges and order minimums will apply to your order. Please see our screen-printing page for more information.
14. Can I return or exchange my team uniform?
Running Warehouse will take back items that are defective for 30 days after the invoice date. Apparel can be returned for a full refund or exchange if it is in new condition. Credit for items returned from a bulk team order will be given back to the original purchaser. Screen-printed and embroidered items are non-returnable.
