Sports Bra Impact Level

Different sports and activities result in different degrees of breast movement. The higher the impact level, the more support is needed. If you are involved in a variety of activities, make sure your bra is as supportive as your highest impact activity. Use this chart below as a guide.

  • Low Impact Activities: Weight training, yoga, cycling, golf.
  • Medium Impact Activities: Inline skating, fast walking, hiking.
  • High Impact Activities: running, dancing, step aerobics, kickboxing, soccer, basketball, volleyball.
