Comments: These are very easy on the stomach at mid-run (7-10 miles) race pace. I do not have a weak stomach by any means, but a couple other brands I've tried at race pace just hit and cramp for a few minutes. Honey Stinger also has a thicker formula than most which makes it much easier to handle without slowing down or spilling. Taste great as well, as long as you like honey :-)

Comments: Great gels. Great taste, easy on the stomach, and easy to eat, even in cold weather. Some gels end up very thick when they drop into cold temperatures, but even in winter trail runs/races, these perform well. Simple ingredient list, and easy to read. Very happy with all Honey Stinger products.
