Nike developed the Air Zoom Maxfly to cross the finish line first. The carbon-fiber Flyplate has been specifically tuned to provide runners with the rigidity they need for maximum propulsion, and the Zoom Air unit under the forefoot offers excellent stability and responsiveness that allow you to push harder around the track. For versatility during longer sprints and hurdles, Nike added ZoomX foam to the midsole for underfoot protection that doesn’t sacrifice weight or efficiency.
The outsole and upper on the Air Zoom Maxfly have the design and performance details needed to get an edge on the competition. The Shockwave outsole provides complimentary traction to the 7-pin spike plate, and the Flyweave upper offers an exceptional lockdown with a lightweight and comfortable fit. Great aggressive spikeI love how aggressive the spike plate is but at times it feels like the spike lacks stability especially when pushing out the blocks.

MaxflyI run track and field in high school. These spikes provide great response while running. The energy return is noticeable compared to other spikes. The only thing is to make sure to get the correct size. I had to order a new pair because they were too large. I like everything else about them.
Best Track Spikes on the MarketGreat spikes overall, perform well, and much more comfortable than others previously owned. Do not leave them unattended at meets, they'll walk away on their own.
Good spikeThe spike feels really bouncy and stiff, which is what I really like in my shoes. It gives you that feeling of a boost when you run. The downside is that when you're running full out on a turn, it may feel unstable in some lanes. Also the delivery was delayed almost one whole week.
Maxfly, the hype is realI think that the maxfly is the best 60m/100m/high hurdle spike out there. It’s cushiony on the foot but the carbon plate really allows you to be explosive out the blocks. I am a college coach and 90% of my sprinters race in MaxFlys. I recommend the superfly elite or the the adidas prime sp2 for races 200 to 400 or 400H

Pink Panther!Bought these for our son who runs HS track. He LOVES them and can't wait for season to start. Lightweight, sturdy, springy. Nice packaging with compartmentalized bag and spikes. Couldn't find them anywhere else (not even NIKE). Many thanks to Running Warehouse for having them in stock, shipping so quickly, and having an amazing return policy (he wanted to try the size 12 on just in case). We're calling him the Pink Panther now and are actually glad we'll be able to spot him easily this year.
Great 400M spikesMy son loves these spikes. He runs the 400M as well as the 800M. He has both spikes, and it has helped improve his time. The bubble up top gives him that extra bounce to help with the impact. I definitely recommend purchasing these spikes. Great buy!!! Great investment

Air zoom maxflysThese spike are amazing. The response that you get from these are the best in the game hands down. If you are worried about the air units popping, they won't. The only problem that I have with mine IS NOT MATTER WHAT YOU DO, DO NOT HEAL STRIKE IN MAXFLYS YOU WILL CRACK THE CARBON FIBER PLATE.

Greatest spikes everI purchased the shoes for my grandson in Texas when he put them on he couldn't believe how much bounce they had improve this 100 m Time by 2/10 of a second.

Comments: These spikes were great at first. They supplemented a lot of force and return. As the season progresses they will pop on you & they will not give you the same return as when you first got them. I would say strictly use for meets if you want them to last !
