Great for 10-30 degree runsNew favorite for cold weather running. My old tights had wind-blocking fabric on the front so I was unsure about these, but they are great with the fleece lining throughout. True to size - medium fits me at 69" and 163 pounds. In addition to the rear pocket and right-leg pocket, it has two on each side of the waist that are good for small items like gels or keys.
