Comments: Great shoe, use it to run/hike on Mt Tam. The dense sole provides cushioning and protection on rocky trails, the shoe is slipper like comfortable particularly across the top of the shoe - important because i have high arches. Very nice shoe.

Comments: Where the Ghost and ST Racer fit perfectly, the Cascadia is too short in the same size, and going up one size would be too loose for a trail shoe. So I will not be wearing these.

Comments: I had my doubts ordering these shoes.  The custom sizing app indicated my Nimbus size 12s were most similar to the fit of a size 13 in the Cascadia 6s!  I have never worn a size 13 of any kind of shoe in my entire life, so I was a little nervous buying them but it was a smoking deal ($64 out the door).

So they arrived in two days, as promised, and the shipping was of course free.  Snatched them out of the box and threw on some socks half sure they wouldn't fit. But they did!  They actually fit - no sliding around, snug in all the right places, yet ample toe space for my feet to spread out and swell during the run.  Today I took them out for a little 7 mile break-in.  I couldn't be more pleased.

Great roll, stability and really comfortable.  I typically get a little numbness in my right toes around mile 3-5, but not today.  The shoes are great so far.  Thank you Running Warehouse.

One thing I did notice that concerns me: At one point during the run I actually thought I felt a pebble stuck in the bottom of my left shoe. Stopped to check but nothing.  Turns out it was the shoe.  Not sure why the sensation came and went, but it's worth noting considering what others have said.

Comments: I have many long trail runs in these shoes, a couple of 50Ks and one 50m, and have never had any issues with this shoe at all.  It is comfortable, light (for a trail shoe), agressive-enough tread, sheds water well, etc.  I have been quite pleased with this trail shoe, and will wear it in the Bataan Memorial Death March marathon in a couple of months.  This shoe has held up really well for me.

Comments: :( They seemed okay at first, but aggravated my left foot stimulating Plantars.  The tread pattern, for our muddy eastern single track, isn't too great.  The shoes seemed to make me tired, since I had to stay in such an aggressive stance so as not to slip.  I have replaced these shoes.  I had great success with the Pure Flow's and Ghost 3's, so these shoes made me sad. :(

Comments: I have the 6's and have trained/ran a marathon as well as many runs on unpaved roads. These are the only shoes that have given me NO PROBLEMS. Extremely comfortable. As a matter of fact, I just bought a second pair.

Comments: ~130 miles on them, including a few trail races and a couple of longer 16 and 20-mile trail runs. So far, I'd say that these are excellent shoes. Very comfortable. No complaints. The gusseted tongue is a nice improvement over the 5, which, along with the extra shoestring loop at the top of the tongue, keeps everything in place and also helps keep debris from getting inside. It seems that the tread pattern on the 6 doesn't shed mud quite as well as the 5, but that really hasn't been a major issue. (I agree with Tony that the 5's were extraordinary shoes and are worth picking up if you can still find them)

Comments: I've been running in the 5's and have been very happy with them. I thought the 6's would be even better but not for me. The additional pivot on the inside of the forefoot seems to be the problem. I've put close to 200 miles on them and still get blisters under both big toes on runs longer than 5 miles. Fortunately the 5's are still out there and have gone back to them.
