A little ball makes a big differenceAs someone who spends time doing calisthenics and being barefoot, I deal with sore/cramping foot muscles. Having used a smooth cork ball before, I can say the little knobby textures on this ball make a WORLD of difference for my feet! It's so satisfying to roll out my foot after a long day's work. It is sized a little larger than a golf ball, but smaller than a tennis ball.

great productvery simple, only feedback is the logo makes it awkward at times to roll it with your foot, and you need to adjust it. otherwise very nice!
