Can’t Run in Warm Weather Without ItThis product is essential for runners in warmer weather. It works great and I don’t run without it.

I'm not entirely convincedThe presentation of the product is good, however I don't know if it's this specific one but it leaves lumps after being applied, it's the first time I've used it so I'm not sure if all of them have that texture.

Worth trying on any hot spotsAfter running > 100 miles in my new trail shoes, I suddenly realized I'd develop a hot spot after several hours. At a friend's suggestion I bought glide to try out on the problem spot. It worked! So glad I don't have to change my shoes. Defs worth trying on any odd hot spots that pop up.

Comments: I put this stuff up, around, on, in, all the places. It does the job. No odor. Doesn't ruin my clothing. Better than the squirrel or any other product I have tried so far.
