- Low: Low-cut socks go no higher than the middle of the anklebone. No-show socks, which do not go higher than the top of your shoes, are also in this category.

These Lite Trail socks are PERFECTI have the taller quarter length version of these socks and love them. They keep my feet dry and have the perfect amount of cushioning. I help people get into Trail Running and while I never recommend a specific shoe for anyone because it’s such an individualized thing, I’ve recommended these socks many times!
