comfortable hat fits deeper than mostI wear a lot of Ciele and Headsweats caps. I wanted to give Fractel a try. I have a 58cm head so I went with the s/m 59cm sizing.
First thing is that this hat fits much deeper than most hats, even traditional caps like New Era 59Fifty, Ciele GoCap/Alz/etc etc, and most running hats I've tried. Especially with the rear panel, I have to tuck my ears in a bit, depending on the day.
That being said, I really appreciated having the snap closure on the front. It got rid of all slosh/bounce and provided extremely good coverage. We're still in the winter months (California winters, so ... Spring?) but it breathes extremely well. Good looks too.
I think if Fractel actually sized this as a s/m hat this would be a real winner.
