Ok enoughThey're easy to carry on a run. The Coca-Cola flavored are disgusting. The other flavors are tolerable. I do wish they had more caffeine in them.

Perfect Size, Variety, and Price PointI bought this for my husband as part of a larger, themed gift. I really appreciated the variety of gels for the price point. I searched other online stores and either the variety boxes were too big, too small, or didn't have enough variety (in my opinion). This was perfect. And, more importantly, my husband really liked them :)
