Comments: I am a competitive swimmer and rower and I love the FIZZ products! Nuun causes stomach upset and a whole tablet of FIZZ can be very sweet. I use a 1/2 tablet of FIZZ in 24oz of water, it offers a little flavor without getting too sweet and still prevents cramping and fatigue. I order this product in Grape and Lemon Lime, highly recommend it!

Comments: Although I've heard great things about NUUN, I've only used the lemon-lime FIZZ tablets. I'm a cyclist and do rides of about 15-20 miles. I typically put one tablet in a 20-oz bottle of iced water and for me, the taste is great. Very subtle flavor, no issues with cramping, and no stomach problems as others have noted. I'd like to try more flavors but don't want to ruin a good thing.

Comments: I love these, and am planning to order a lot. I've only tried the grapefruit -- I've never seen grapefruit electrolytes before, and I love grapefruit, and these are just wonderful -- fizzy and tart and nice on my stomach (which is often sensitive.) I bring a few tabs of these in my camelback pouch for when I have to refill it on long rides (I'm a cyclist, not a runner.) I start my ride out with different stuff, but these tabs are nice and convenient to pack in a bag. When I first started bringing refill electrolyte tabs I used NUUN, but I like these much better, so I'm planning to order a lot of them. However, after reading the reviews above, maybe I'll stick with the grapefruit, which I know I like...

Comments: I tried these based on really enjoying the flavor of Hammer HEED melon. Unfortunately Hammer's flavoring of these is horrible. I tried the grapefruit and mango and both are terrible. I'm going back to NUUN which is much better.

Comments: I'm a long-time NUUN user and decided to try FIZZ for a change. I wish I had read the ingredient list
more carefully. I couldn't figure out why these had such an awful aftertaste (like diet soda). Once I checked the ingredients again I saw that they contain sorbitol. I can't stomach artificial sweeteners. Unfortunately, these will be going into the garbage.

Comments: When I found them on sale, I decided to try FIZZ (Lemon Lime)after only using a different brand (NUUN) for a few years. I used them in plain water, on both runs and long bike rides, and found they worked great. Convenient to carry and use when refilling water. I sweat a lot and found the FIZZ helps tremendously and adds just enough flavor to my water that it isn't overpowering when I take a Gu or Hammer Gel and need water to get them down.

Comments: Just finished my first long run using FIZZ. I used Lemon Lime. Should've sampled them BEFORE I headed out for 20 miles. They made my Gatorade over-the-top sweet & my water just bitter enough that it was hard to choke down. Thankfully I had an 8oz bottle of plain water to rinse my mouth with each time. And if the taste wasn't enough, they upset my stomach too. These were the only change to my routine; must be the culprit. I do not have the same amount of muscle soreness as normal. So that part worked as claimed. Yet that's not worth taste, upset tummy during run & diarrhea after. In conclusion, I believe in Hammer. They make good products with great science & thorough testing. However, I will be switching to capsules. FIZZ might work for others, but it was too much for me.
