Overview
The HydraPak SkyFlask IT 500ml/17oz Insulated Handheld offers a minimalist insulated running bottle to keep you hydrated on your runs and your fluids cold. The IsoBound Insulation maintains the chilled fluids for 38% longer than a standard flask while also preventing bottle sweat. This collapsible flask shrinks down when empty and can easily be stashed in a small pocket or vest. It features an adjustable handstrap that keeps the bottle close without needing to worry about it slipping. As an added bonus, the cap uses a soft high-flow bite valve that's easy on your teeth and keeps it from leaking.

Interesting designI've run with soft flasks and hard bottles before. This one sits in the middle somewhere. It's a soft flask but it has structure so it won't collapse as much when empty to stow away but it's comfortable to carry regardless of water level.
The handles took a few runs to get used to but they're comfortable for me now, at first I was unsure.
The only gripe I could mention is that I bought 2 handhelds and one pop top is easy to open and the other is significantly harder. Other than that it's great for refilling easily and I can pour drink mix and liquid into the bottles easily.
They're definitely a great handheld and would recommend them to anyone.

Great bottle despite its flawsPros:
- Pop off cap makes it super fast and convenient to refill compared to twist-off caps.
- Lightweight and comfortable
- Can also be easily stuffed in a pack or belt
Cons:
- The strap and velcros are extremely flimsy. Mine ripped off completely after a few months of light usage..
- The cap creates some pressure where the water tends to "explode" up when opening
All in all, it's still a good handheld and does the job.
Amazing!Love this water bottle. Easy to carry on long runs and conveniently collapses when empty!
