Mixed bagThe capacity and design of this handheld is perfect. Easy to carry, light and durable. The problem is that it is very difficult to squeeze. It feels like a grip strengthening workout every time I use them which might be ok for short runs but not viable on long runs.

Does the job, doesn't leakPros:
- Leak-free
- Two pockets (one zippered)
- Nice bite/squeeze action
- Light, easy to carry / grip
Cons:
- Jacket doesn't always stay on great, doesn't stay "tight"

Fails to deliver. As per the 2 previous reviews I wanted to love this bottle that fit so well in my hand. But!!! You really have to ram the entire top into your mouth and suck for dear life just to get a few drops of water. Squeezing does nothing to help either. I seriously thought I was doing something wrong until I saw the other reviews.

Poorly EngineeredLike the reviewer above, I really wanted to like this bottle. It’s the right size to carry on long runs, has the convenient pocket for keys and gels, and the strap that you can tighten around your hand to keep from dropping the bottle is a great innovation.
Unfortunately, the bottle fails in its main purpose - delivering water that you can drink while running. First, as the reviewer above said, the flow through the valve is way too slow. While you’re running you need a gulp; this provides a tiny trickle. Then when you squeeze the bottle harder to make the water come out faster, the plastic of the bottle separates from the screw top and water goes everywhere. Not workable.
flow is worse than a bite valveI really wanted to like this handheld, but it’s awful. The flow rate is worse than most bite valves. I just tested how long it takes to empty the whole bottle through the valve over a sink, squeezing hard with both hands, and it took 1 minute 16 seconds.
The fabric also slipped off the bottle during my first and only run with it - it’s not tight enough at the top near the cap.
Plus 1 star because at least it doesn’t leak
