works greatWas wanting another handheld but not a 20oz and not with an extra pouch attached. This was perfect. I use an Ultimate Endurance comfort belt and it'll fit in the side loops perfectly for when I need a free hand. My amphipod 20oz and this lasts me a solid 10-12miles. Love that the top "opens" and "closes" like a shutoff valve, so if you squeeze it when its down, nothing comes out. Shaped fine for 12oz but I would bet the larger nathan handhelds with this shape might get bottom heavy. Also like the insulation, stays cooler longer than my uninsulated amphipod. After about an hour and a half, you'll notice it starting to warm up. If I needed another, I would buy it again.

Terrible for small handsI’ve run with the Speed Draw Plus for years. It’s run eight marathons with me. Nathan discontinued it so I thought I’d try this. Even with the strap completely cinched up the bottle was loose on my hand and the longer length means it’s bottom-heavy. Spent my entire three-mile run trying to balance my arms, not good. Frustrating experience. Have never had such a terrible bottle in 15 years. Going to return if RW will let me.
