For the first time in the Alphafly series, the midsole now features a continuous bottom layer of ZoomX cushioning that promotes smoother transitions and increased propulsion. Sitting on that bottom layer of foam are the quintenssential staples of the Alphafly, two Air Zoom Units that deliver an explosive toe-off and launch you into your next step. A high stack of ZoomX cushioning makes up the top layer of foam and embedded between the layers of ZoomX is a full-length carbon fiber Flyplate that has been widened to increase stability as well as deliver a more propulsive sensation underfoot.
